By creating an account, browsing the site, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All course content, lessons, papers, videos, slides, PDFs, images, graphics, page layouts, and the Kudos name and logo are the property of Kudos LK or of the teachers and third parties who license their material to us. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the learning materials for your own study. You may not:
Teachers who publish material on Kudos retain ownership of their own content, and grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute it through the Services.

Teachers are additionally responsible for ensuring that the material they publish is their own or properly licensed, is accurate, and is appropriate for the students it is aimed at.
Items listed in the Gift Room are subject to availability. We take reasonable care to describe items and prices accurately, but errors can occur; where an item has been listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and inform you before it is fulfilled.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to redeem or purchase, which we may accept or decline. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
The Services and all learning materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep content accurate and current, we make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular educational outcome or examination result will be achieved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kudos LK is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits, or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The Services may contain advertisements, teacher notices, and links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of those third parties, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.
You may stop using the Services and request closure of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if your use poses a risk to other users or to the platform, or if we are required to do so by law.
On termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services or to legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, so please review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
